The e-Strider is the world’s first electric-assist outdoor elliptical. Just like all our StreetStriders, the e-Strider provides a fun full body workout. Like the original StreetStrider designed to provide a REAL full body workout, the e-Strider engages ALL major muscle groups - upper and lower body as well as your core. The 500W motor provides assistance in proportion to your effort, so the more work you do, the more assistance you get. Cruising at 22-24 mph, climbing hills at 18-20 mph, in a headwind (what headwind?), you will feel like an elite athlete while still getting a great workout. You just go farther and faster.
